I want to return your product. I have send so many emails nobody is responding. I want immediate action

I am waiting for my refund or new watch but there is no response from there side. Very poor service, my 4000 stuck with them for over a month.

On 10.01.2024, my watch reversed picked up but there is no further repornse from there side. No refund, no new watch, my money stuck with them.
Very poor service.
